Refund & Returns Policy
At www.badiwalstore.com and through our mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), Badiwal Store reserves the right to determine the process for approving and crediting any refund, return, or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
1. Refund Process
If payment for an order has been successfully made by the customer, any approved refund amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our internal procedures and applicable timelines. Please note that actual credit time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund within 48 hours from the date of delivery only under the following conditions:
The delivered product does not match the ordered quantity
The product does not meet the agreed specifications
The product is found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery
⚠️ Requests submitted after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Once an order has been delivered, no return or refund will be allowed for food items or other non-returnable products.
Such orders are considered final and non-refundable.
4. Rejection of Requests
Badiwal Store shall not be liable to accept any return, refund, or exchange request if:
The request is submitted after the prescribed time period
The product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us with your order details and supporting images.

6. Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item will be issued after inspection.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and the gift giver will be notified.

Shipping charges are non-refundable
If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the total refund amount

For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost during transit without tracking.
